When looking over both of my brands twitter pages I found that 5-hour seems to be the predominant tweeter. With a post every 3-5 days 5 hour keeps it followers up to date. When looking at the Nos energy drink twitter page they average a post about once a week. When it comes to content, Nos energy focuses more on NASCAR and its sponsors while 5 hour captures the attention of students and people trying to make it through a long day of work.
Both brands post similar content like:

  • Videos
  •  How to
  • Promotions
  • Images of professional athletes
  • Sponsors
  • Sporting events and concerts

Nos Energy’s most successful tweet was a happy birthday tweet to Kyle Busch on May 2. This tweet was liked 179 times and was retweeted 69 times by twitter followers.

The reason that I feel that this tweet was so popular was the fact that Kyle Busch is such a big name in NASCAR that he draws a lot of attention to the Nos energy drink twitter page in which he sponsors.


5 hour dog promotion
This popular tweet from 5-hour energy got 15 re tweets and 18 likes.     Good Info on these energy drinks. I rarely drink this beverages but it's good to know some interesting facts about them. My favourite is Monster
